This BMS is old and deprecated. The way to access it is convoluted and a bit of a pain to do, but if you follow the steps below you ought to be able to do it.
- Press the Windows key and type "Internet Options", then click on the top result.
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Ensuring that the "Internet" zone is highlighted, click on the "Custom level..." button.
- At the top, underneath the ".NET Framework" heading, switch the "XAML browser applications" section to "Enable". then click "OK".
- Click "Apply", then "OK".
- Press the Windows key again, and this time type "Turn Windows features on or off".
- At the top of the list is a checkbox titled ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)". Check this box, then click "OK". It will then install the framework.
- Open up the Microsoft Edge browser.
- Click on the three horizontal dots in the top-right corner, then click on "Settings" at the bottom of list.
- In the search bar, type "Internet Explorer".
- At the bottom of the page, on the option that reads "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode), change it to "Allow".
- Underneath that option is one titled "Internet Explorer mode pages". Click "Add", then enter: http://10.0.23.1:28088/xnt.xbap. Click "Add" again, then enter: http://10.0.23.1:28088/index.html.
- This second option is to check if you have the correct .NET Framework installed.
- Above those options, in the list of buttons, find one titled "Internet Explorer mode (IE mode) button. Ensure that this is toggled on.
- This point is not essential, but is useful for loading other webpages in Internet Explorer mode.
- Navigate first to: http://10.0.23.1:28088/index.html. The page should display "This computer has the correct version of the .NET Framework: 3.5.30729.".
- If this is shown, move on to the next step.
- If this is not shown, go back and confirm that the .NET 3.5 Framework is installed.
- Navigate to: http://10.0.23.1:28088/xnt.xbap. If all has been done correctly, a popup should appear. Click "Run". The application will then download, taking about a minute on first access but it is faster on subsequent accesses.
